Best Western Plus City Hotel
Nice staff. Great location for dining choices and sightseeing. Air con never did work and problems with door keys working every time we left. Super annoying. This is NOT a 9 out of 10. 8 at best.

Loved this place but wish I had known it was 97 steps up a narrow staircase with no lift. Being on my own trying to get my suitcase up was a nightmare on an extremely hot day. Would be nice if someone actually greeted you to help at the property on arrival. Other than that I had the best time ...

Great location, right in downtown of Genoa, close to everything. I did feel there were too many things to fill out at the beginning but it was worth it at the end. Clean and with well written instructions for everything.
