"We stayed for a total of 4 nights in March, 2026. Our room was good however the room cleaning was in the afternoon rather than the morning. We had half board and the buffet food was good but not great. The a la carte food was very good. The water in the shower was warm but never hot which was disappointing. The beach area was very nice however often all the loungers were taken. The staff were very good."

"The room was a suite, beautiful once. But withno maintenance it had deteriorated to an absurd amount, bathhroom cabinet doors almost falling off in your hands, dirty paint, tv has 4 channels 3 are football, hdmi ports removed, even the room number had missing numbers The pool is the best feature if you ignore the many missing tiles. Ordering food is easy mostly, thecwaut is ridiculous but when it comes it is delicious and fresh. Breakfast is just ok. Staff are friendly enough. But everything is worn. The bed was great comfortable. Had to plead to get a second swipe to keep the ac running when i went out ofvtge room. Cleaners turned up when they want. Even wake you to clean the room in the morning. It is way overpriced. Stay once only, not again"

"This hotel used fo be legendary. It is going through mayor renovations. We were given an unacceptable room at first and we were trying to leave but the manager made sure we were transferred to a much better one. We had a great time with the nicest staff, a great gym and classes every day."
