"At first we were put in a room that should never be offered to anyone that pays to stay here it was filthy old and falling apart.... No one who pays for apartment/hotel should ever be put in a room like this. I was very surprised with this. However I went to reception and they were absolutely helpful and put us in a better and cleaner room, the rest of our stay was absolutely perfect we loved it!! Just one suggestion that the ceiling fans should be cleaned they were all coated in thick dust....

"Rooms could do with a refresh - peeling wallpaper. A few staff were pleasant and helpful but overall rude and uninterested. When we checked out all we got was ‘that’s you’ no did you enjoy your stay. Food offering at Beach Bar was not great and of poor quality - did not try breakfast or dinner. Overall okay but could easily be a lot better."
