"The staff were excellent - very welcoming and professional. My stay, however, was frustrating because the key to my room did not work consistently. I was there for one night and had to get assistance to get into my room four times. While they were prompt about resetting the lock each time, it was disruptive and annoying not to be able to come and go from my room freely."

"When we arrived the first night 5/6, they told us our room was not available. They rebooked us in another hotel, which was not the same standard that we were seeking. They said they would refund our first night, but we still have not received a refund. Very horrible service. It is obvious they overbooked and decided to just kick us out."

"Our room was on the very backside behind a Waffle House. Our parking spot was right up against the metal stairway which made it very difficult to get in and out that side of the car. Staff was friendly. Only hot item for breakfast were sausages. No eggs. Did have a waffle maker. Noise from nearby trains was annoying. "
