"Happy to have found this apartment in beautiful Stegna. 3 beds, small open kitchen, bathroom (shower will make bathroom floor wet as no curtain) and a big private balcony over the width of apartment, I guess 9 m x 1.75 with the nicest smelling jasmine covering most of the railing. "Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Trianta Apartments. Savvas, his brother Jack and the family & staff work hard to make you feel welcome. We had a 1 bedroom apartment for three of us, it was spotlessly clean, wonderful beds & pillows and the shower was fantastic. The pool area was in the sun all day, and there is a beautiful shady terrace. We ate at the restaurant too, fabulous food and beer. We recommend you to stay here. "

"This is a beautiful hotel that we hope to visit again. After an issue with our room key early on during our stay, the staff moved us to an incredible suite with views across the pool. The staff were friendly and everything was very convenient and accessible."

"The cleaniest resort i have seen, to say it's so busy it's spotless. The location is lovely right on the beach and the water park is so much fun for the children. Service is amazing and they really make you smile especially at breakfast. The food caters for all and all the restaurants are amazing! The only thing i would say is upon arrival nothing is really explained to you about how to book the restaurants where anything is, that you only get 3 restaurant booking in a week, the reception staff need more information on how to help clients that haven't been there before. Great stay and would highly recommend"

"I had an issue with the patio door lock on arrival. The manager called the maintenance guy out at 9pm at night to attempt to fix but was unable to. They promptly moved me to the same room opposite and promised to fix it by the morning. They kept that promise, and I was offered my original room back or could have stayed but I opted to take my original room. One day I got back and there was a small gift from the hotel to apologise! There was no need it was dealt with. The staff were wonderful and always friendly and smiling, nothing was ever too much. The mini bar addition in the room was a nice addition as well!"

"We stayed in an Executive room for five nights. 1. We weren't told that the room is cleaned and tidied only every other day. Things like that should be mentioned in advance. 2. There was a coffee machine in the room. We ran out of coffee capsules after a day and a half. When I asked why the coffee supplies hadn't been replenished, I was told that this had to be done through room service (for a fee!)"

"This hotel has it all. It’s stunning, well thought out, the sea views are endless, the staff are happy and helpful. If you are wanting a beautiful hotel, in a fantastic location this place is for you. However; the food is where I feel the hotel needs a little upgrading. I can only speak as a non-suite guest with access to only the buffet and snack bar, these were not what I would expect from a 5*. The à la carte restaurants looked truly amazing though and if we can ever come back and get a suite we will."

"We had a suite with our own pool which was nice. I didn’t like that you had to go to the desk to change the pool towels. The gym was an afterthought. It was small and only had one treadmill. No towels or water there or anything to wipe down the equipment. Breakfast was nice, with a good range of fresh choices."
