The second shift lady was rude she asked if I want bottom floor or top. I said bottom she put us at the top. My mom broke her ankle has hard time with stairs. First shift lady excellent! "

"I don’t even know where to start. But to start soon as you walk in room it smell like cigarettes and room Has a non smoking sign on door. The bath had bad odor coming from sink area. The room also had roaches in bathroom coming from behind the dresser and above head boards you see where they laid eggs and they coming from behind there. I understand it was holiday weekend and was last minute trip but I was better off sleeping in my car "
