Our room was clean and comfortable. The front desk worker was so welcoming, cheerful, and helpful. The elevator was out which was a difficulty since we’re in our late 60s and carrying baggage upstairs was a bit of a challenge. We were warned about that, though. We also had a problem with the commode - but the lady at the front desk helped out tremendously. She was a blessing to us and she is a real asset to your hotel!!!

Tnw room was very clean and the staff was excellent. I wouldn't call the food excellent but it was good with a nice selection for cold and hot food. The food area was extremely clean.
