"This is the perfect hotel to stay pre-or post cruise when you are in Vancouver. The area is wonderful with many great restaurants.The views are wonderful with the float planes and the ferries and the ships. The staff at the hotel are excellent. The rooms are beautiful. "

"Very clean rooms, newer appliances, kitchen is equipped with all kitchen appliances. Very comfortable and convenient to stay. Nearby restaurant and bars…all walking distance. Staff is very attentive and helpful, they respond to all your inquiries. Very cute complimentary tote bag to use and keep. Will plan to stay here again."

"Room was nasty food crumbs in drawers alone the edge of the carpets in the room way a thick layer of dirt and dust bunnies the need to buy an edging tool for their vacuum. There way sticky residue on the desk and what looked like dried boogers on the handle for the shower wand. It is renovated but it looks like the renovation was done like a slum lord. Just paint right over the damage and debris. There was black mold on the windows. And every day the cleaner piled everyone’s garbage next to our room door while they were cleaning rooms so a disgusting rotting garbage door filled our room every time we opened the door. This isn’t the worst hotel we have stayed at as the location is good but it was gross!!"
