Rustic, beautiful tiles and floors, doors, gorgeous gardens and pool, all built into the side of a mountain with a stream running by as a view for breakfast. The room was also spacious and clean. The bathtub also apparently doubled as a jacuzzi though I didn't partake. The pool was beautiful. Breakfast was good. Air on included. Parking included. "The Hotel and grounds are beautiful and immaculately maintained. The entire staff really stands out. So friendly and welcoming. Those little gestures of respect and kindness are appreciated. Also it’s very convenient that they can speak English. There are several beautiful hotels in the area to experience, however I would choose to come back here.."

"Nuestra experiencia en Relais Villa Baldelli fue excepcional. Nos sentíamos como dentro de una película. El personal sumamente amable, el desayuno delicioso. Las tortas que ofrecían eran hechas en casa, y los croissants se deshacían en la boca. La ubicación ideal, con una vista preciosa de Cortona. Una verdadera villa toscana. Sí creo que deben remodelar los baños. La ducha era muy incómoda y el lavatorio tenía una fuga. Al alfombra de la escalera se ve bastante gastada, así como unos muebles. No le puedo dar un 100% de calificación por esos detalles, pero un 90% se lo gana."

"The room was very cold, and despite raising this with staff, I was initially told that the heating was functioning correctly. After complaining again, the heating was eventually turned on, which was appreciated; however, the unit was extremely loud and could not be used throughout the evening. The walls are also very thin, and noise from neighbouring rooms is easily heard. The room did not include any tea or coffee facilities, which I would consider a basic expectation for a four-star hotel. I also requested an iron but was informed that one was not available and that I would need to pay €5 for a shirt to be ironed instead. On a positive note, the breakfast was of good quality and the staff were very friendly. However, I would choose to stay at a different hotel on my next visit."

"Well, having travelled extensively for the past 13 years, this Hotel must be the coldest I have ever stayed in. It was December, but there was no heating on in the lobby area or the dining area so everyone had to wear coats or thick jumpers while eating their meals. The showers were not particularly hot either. The room temperature could only go up to 19 Degrees so by the time I left it finally felt warm enough. Don't think I will stay here again... Not in the winter anyhow.."
