“I loved everything about the S Hotel! The selection and quality of the food were superb, and each restaurant offered its own distinct atmosphere. The presentation was worthy of a five-star restaurant, and the beautiful artwork and décor added to the hotel’s elegance. Most impressive of all was the staff—warm, friendly, and attentive. By the end of my stay, I knew many of them by name, which made the experience feel even more personal and memorable.”

“Decor was beautiful but most staff were not trained in customer services, most were able to provide a service but only few understood customer service, it was my birthday and they were informed before I went, I got a complimentary upgrade which was nice, however, attention to detail was banking as they put 2 happy birthday banners on my friends door but not mine and wasn’t there birthday,also they staff in the restaurant sag happy birthday to me after being told, very disappointed”
