“I had a really beautiful stay here overall. The property itself is stunning the pool area especially is exactly what you picture when you think of a relaxing, all-inclusive escape. It’s clean, well-maintained, and easy to settle into. The staff were kind and welcoming, and you can tell they work hard to keep things running smoothly. There were moments where things felt a little slow or unorganized, but nothing that completely took away from the experience more just something to be aware of if...

“I would not recommend this property. They are currently under construction in the main reception area. Our room was just ok, the sink was stopped up and it took 3 calls to the front desk to have someone come and fix it. Also a light fixture fell off the wall and almost hit my son in the head. We also lost power on our first night there-which also took several calls to the front desk before it was addressed. The food was just ok but expected more from a so called quality resort.”

“The Positive: The staff was amazing. Every single person we interacted with was friendly and helpful. Make sure to take cash to tip them, they worked very hard to make everyone’s stay enjoyable. “I want to start off saying that the staff and food were excellent. ALL workers worked hard considering the circumstances. We didn’t realize this property was closed for renovations and reopening after the devastation of the hurricane. When we purchased the package, we were under the assumption that all advertised amenities were available and READY when we arrived. However, we quickly learned otherwise.
