"This is a very tired former Campanile hotel (still signposted to Campanile) and a poor reflection on the Kyriad brand. It would have been useful to know before booking for a Sunday evening that the restaurant would be closed and that there are no restaurants safely within walking distance. The bedside lights did not work leaving only a very dim main light and the door would not lock from inside. Would never stay here again. "

"Very modern hotel, room and bathroom like new. Nice touch of offering a kettle with tea and coffee as well as glasses. Reception was very welcoming with fresh fruits set out on counter. Staff was speaking English well, and was super friendly and efficient at check in. Parking is easy behind the hotel yet there is no direct access to the lobby.
