"The staff are all extremely friendly and helpful. We had an issue with the view from our room when we arrived but the manager (think her name was Tatyana) went out of her way to sort this out for us. The rooms were spotless - the towels were changed 2 or 3 times a day! The beach is a great addition to the amenities and the view there is spectacular. "This is an expensive hotel which does not disclose all charges in advance. At checkout we were charged a service fee of 10% for every drink and meal purchased despite having already tipped the staff at time of service. Then we copped 20 euro per night for car parking in the hotel's own basement car park which was listed as "included"."

"It is an amazing resort and cost is reasonable. Travel may to June or in September. I would go back there with a week stay. Break fast included and extremely high quality and top level service. Restaurants for lunch and Dinner not my type though but there are very good restaurants in walking and some in driving distance. You can get there through Dubrovnik Airport and use a local driver to go there early morning to avoid border delays."

"We had a wonderful stay at Ollie's (family of 4 with two teenage kids)! Staff was very helpful, incredible view to the bay from the room, which is very modern. Restaurant was excellent; the only detail is that we had a dinner that took a pretty long time to be prepared, but we were not in a hurry. Breakfast was wonderful: besides a lot of good options, the room has huge windows where we could soak in the beautiful environment. Made us want to stay just to enjoy it! We loved the two decks with lounge chairs, umbrellas and access to the bay water across the street, and had a good time basking in the sun on them. Location is fine due to the view. It's not super close to the most interesting spots, but it didn't really matter to us because we were planning to drive anyway. The under-hotel garage worked well and was easy to park. Highly recommended! (Just be prepared for the dreadful traffic in Kotor, if you are going to drive)."

Absolutely everything was flawless: the thoughtful attention to detail, the effortless comfort, and the top-tier service. Special shoutout for the extraordinarily well-equipped gym—a rare find that made keeping up with our workout routine completely seamless. 10 out of 10, this place will forever hold a special place in our hearts."
