Lovely Stay with Exceptional Service

The hotel’s location is superb, being very close to Parque del Café, which made our visit incredibly convenient. The beautiful grounds are a standout feature, with meticulously maintained gardens, a lovely variety of plants, and a charming array of animals that added a special touch to the surroundings. The facilities were wonderful, especially the chapel, bar with a pool table, and arcade games, offering entertainment for all ages. The service was exemplary—every staff member we encountered was not only friendly and welcoming but went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The team was especially accommodating with the dietary needs of the vegetarians in our group, providing thoughtful options. When my mum had an accident during our stay, the staff responded immediately and with great care, providing assistance and a wheelchair without hesitation. It was incredibly reassuring to know that such attentive and kind service was available when we needed it most. While the rooms are simple, they are spacious and impeccably clean, offering a comfortable environment for a restful stay. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking a peaceful and welcoming place to stay.

Cafe Cafe really is a peaceful, beautiful little gem in Pueblo Tapao which doesn’t offer much besides the major attractions in the Eje Cafetero. While we were surprised to find no air conditioning in the units (totally forgot to check), the staff made our stay very accommodating with extra fans and the weather stays in mid-60s at nights so it wasn’t bad at all. The on-site restaurant is very convenient just be mindful of your meal inclusive rate as ours only offered free breakfast, but they do have other rates that include all three meals (buffet style). This is totally worth it as their a la cart menu is somewhat limited. The staff really maintains its grounds beautifully landscaped and clean. Also, amenities do not disappoint… pool is great (though not heated) but with a Jacuzzi (reservation needed), bar Terrance with live music, movie nights beside a bond fire, with free marshmallows, and popcorn and an on-site church. Overall a wonderful experience!

En general la limpiezavy servicio excelentes, sin embargo, para el precio los desayunos son demasiado basicos, salvo el huevo, el resto, como arepa y queso, parecian pasabocas, un desastre. Sillas asoleadoras metalicas, pesadisimas y sin posibilidad de regularlas para descanso de la espalda. Debería haber una estación de café gratis, es la tierra del café.Eramos 4 y la habitacion solo tenia 3 camas.
