"The TV didn't work most of the time and the staff was not there to help. The room can use a lot more light. The lamp on the wall inbetween the bed was insufficient. I like the key code to open our door instead of carrying around a key card and having to worry that gets lost, forgotten or demagnetized. ..."

"Rooms were extremely outdated and filthy, bugs all over the hallways. Elevator is extremely dirty, rude staff. The continental breakfast is hard boiled eggs and croissants the size of a quarter. Horrible experience."
