    "Location was fantastic, right in the centre of everything. The bed was comfortable, the room was dark and quiet. We stayed with our newborn and were on the 3rd floor. The lift was so small we couldnt get his pram in there, so had to carry him and the pram up and down 3 flights of stairs every time we wanted to leave or return. We asked to be moved to a lower floor but they couldnt accommodate this. The AC in the room was non existent. It was 24/25 degrees in the room at all times. We asked..."
