Great hotel, comfortable. Needs a pool!

The hotel smells a little awkward , it has a great terrace in wich a pool or jacuzzi would be great! That is the only thing missing ! The rest of the propriety is wonderful.

Great hotel and staff are superior. Our car broke down and one of the hotel staff came down to the parking lot to help us resolve. Cost him a few hours of his time but he did it all with a smile. Would definitely stay here again.

Good location and clean room but noisy

Excellent location and clean room. However, the room was on the first floor, facing the ducts and machines from the ventilation system. These machines block the view from the window and are very noisy (all night).

Location is excellent. However, in the 2 nights we stayed, we were not able to sleep, room face the back of the hotel and every night at 3:00am a trailer park to unload. I understand they are working - but can reschedule delivery time. I did not have hot water. I rented 5 rooms - business other visitors and 2 of them with similar comments.

Not great front desk service, they charge you in pesos, so they convert from usd to Mexican peso at a high exchange rate, then your US bank convertir it to usd at a lower exchange rate, I ended up paying almost 20% more than what I suppose to pay.
