Wow, this hotel is perfect. We got the Mountain View room and the view was a 90 degree angle. The whole corner view is viewable. Watch the sunrise to sunset in bed is a must. The restaurant is delicious, the room service is great, the drinks are yummy. Everything was GREAT!

Great area, close to many shopping and dining places. Fast check in and check out. They have a restaurant and small store to buy snacks. It also has an access to the back street (calle Hidalgo) and it has a 7 convenience store with great prices. The beds and pillows aren’t great but they are clean. It also has a coffee maker.

the included breakfast was the greatest we have ever seen in an hotel, period. waitresses so helpful and friendly. The view al the 7th floor was amazing, the price was ok, the room and bed were very comfortable and nice. the wifi failed a couple of times.

Offered complementary breakfast upon arrival. Sat for breakfast told us it was not free had to pay a ridiculous amount. Staff came back the were only charging 2 instead of 3. Told them it was 3 different checks all paying with debt card told us due to separating the tabs they were going to have to charge all 3 breakfasts, had to pay still.
