Les chambres sont bien fournies, le personnel très avenant, mais l'emplacement très louche, en bord d'autoroute avec des gens qui 'lurkent" autour à discuter dans le stationnement de l'hôtel voisin. Pas du tout chaleureux, ni beau, ça ne donne simplement pas envie

Dejligt sted. Vil anbefale stedet at bruge flere lokale madvarer til morgenmad bla frisk frugt, lokal ost, frisk brød og spare på kagerne. Skøn swimmingpool og god betjening i øvrigt! Mangler info om lokalområdet !

Road trip for sleeping was ok

standard motel, like what you see on the photos, no water in swimming pool. Picked this one one of the day of our road trip. Not much nearby, but possible to drive other place to grab a dinner. Hotel staffs are very friendly and polite. Old hotel but cleaner did a good job. Bathroom and room were clean. We only stay one evening 10 hours for sleeping. It was OK.

Très bon rapport qualité prix.

Un personnel ne parlant pas trop bien l'anglais, le wifi qui ne marchait pas avec les indications données par la réception et le petit déjeuner n'est pas digne d'un 4 étoiles italiens (pas de boisson hormis le café). En revanche le restaurant attenant à l'hôtel sert de bons plats et le cuisinier aime son métier. Je vous recommande l'excellente cote de boeuf à prendre pour 2. Attention le prix sur la carte est indiqué pour 100g ce qui fait vite grimper le prix de la pièce de boeuf.

nice hotel 30min drive outside of Siena

The hotel is half an hour drive outside of Siena - good if you look for a quiet stay on the way; condition is nice

Luogo ed edificio piacevole isolato dalla strada un poco nascosto da quello che sembra un rifugio di migranti. Ristorante ottimo non a buon mercato. Perfetto per chi si reca al vicino campo di golf Bagnaia.

Rustic hotel out in the sticks. Car essential!

The hotel is on the main road between Siena and Grosseto. It has a very nice swimming pool and a tennis court but it is a bit rundown and needs thousands spent on it. it is dingy and badly lit. The rooms are clean, the food is good and the staff try really hard to please - they are successful and excellent.

Oké hotel, niet meer dan dat

Op het eerste gezicht zag het hotel er wel shabby uit, maar nadat we onze kamer in gingen, zag die er wel goed uit. Kregen elke dag nieuwe handdoeken, het personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het ontbijt viel wel een beetje tegen en de bediening -op een persoon na- mag wel één basis cursus Engels krijgen (water, tea en egg zijn blijkbaar moeilijke woorden). Verder hebben ze een goed zwembad, niet teveel chloor. Zoek je een redelijk hotel als uitvalbasis om de nabijgelegen steden en dorpjes te bezoeken, dan is dit hotel wel oké. Maar hou er rekening mee dat de 4-sterren die zij hanteren gedateerd zíjn en onze standaard voor een 4-sterren hotel heel anders is.

Struttura caratteristica della campagna

La cornice è purtroppo rovinata dalla posizione, praticamente sulla viabilità principale; questa è però anche una forza, visto che è ben raggiungibile. La struttura è veramente bella, il personale gentile. Niente da dire sulle camere se non due appunti: la tv, un vecchio tubo catodico inutilizzabile perchè sprovvisto di ricevitore digitale sia terrestre che sat; un asciugamano con un discreto buco al centro. Sala ristorante un pò freschina (27 novembre)...Tutto facilmente migliorabile. Abbiamo cenato in struttura per comodità, diciamo che qualche attenzione in più alle pietanze potrebbe migliorare il giudizio. Filetto alla griglia non molto tenero benchè cotto al sangue, verdure grigliate tendenti al crudo. Sono solo puntigliosità, il giudizio globale è comunque più che positivo. Consigliata.

Typisk toskansk hotell

Reiser alene og ønsket et typisk toskansk hotell. Fordel med bil, da kommer en rundt. Overnattet to netter. Tok tur til Moltalcino som ikke er så langt unna. Hotellets restaurant er hyggelig og har god mat. Betjeningen er hyggelig og gjør alt for at oppholdet skal være hyggelig. Betjeningen forstår litt engelsk så det går fint. Rundt hotellet er det ingen ting å se. Men for avslapping i ro og fred, er det et godt valg.

Charm & Relaxation

This was a one-night stay for us en route to Florence, coming from Rome. Absolutely worth the journey. Very private, fabulous restaurant, decent wine selection. While the hotel is a bit dated and needs some touch ups, it was very easy to fall asleep listening to the stillness of the countryside out the window. The pool area was extremely relaxing (although the waterfall feature was broken and there was a rather obnoxious family occupying an entire corner of the deck). A short drive into Siena, I would recommend leaving a bit earlier on your departure day and heading into San Gimignano instead to experience their vibrant arts scene, if that's more of your thing. Ample covered parking in the rear of the hotel. The one drawback was our room was on the ground floor and the A/C was broken throughout the hotel. Being on the ground floor, we could not leave our windows open as the area gets quite "buggy" in the evening hours and didn't want dozens of flies, mosquitoes, etc. buzzing around our room all night. The hotel bathroom showers are also a bit small in size, making it difficult to fully enjoy the full water "spa" feature they offer.

Purtroppo faceva acqua da tutte le parti a causa del nubufragio che ha colpito la zona. Questo ci ha impedito di sfruttare completamente le risorse offerte dall'hotel.
