Beautiful but dirty

Actually a nice room and very kind employee’s But the room was so dirty especially the toilet, the drain on the bathtub could not hold the water. Sad if the cleaning was okay it would be a 5/5 recommendation from here

My first room had a horrible smell. I was told they have it when it is windy. Too bad there is always wind in Sete. I had to argue to change it to another room. I was given a lower category room so the no offer to compensation. In the new room the sink did not drain. There was no hot water in the morning for the shower. No excuse offered. Seemed business as usual. Never again.

L'hôtel est, en général, plaisant, même si le petit déjeuner n'est pas remarquable, il reste tout de même correct. Bien que le staff soit aimable, il est inadmissible de ne pas avoir d'eau pour se doucher à 8h du matin. Lorsqu'ils ont été informés, leur seule réponse a été que cela devait être lié au chauffe-eau. ET? Sans aucune excuse de leur part ni geste de leur part. De surcroît, il y avait de mauvaises odeurs venant de la salle de bain, inacceptables ! En fait, je suis vraiment très déçu par mon expérience.
