First thing to know is location. It's outside Montreal proper in Longueuil and the metro will take you there but considered zone B fare. Then it's a 10 min walk from metro make sure you go through the Sherbrooke university campus building shortcut path. Need to take lines 2 and 4 from Montreal. The area is suburban residential with new tall and big apartment buildings and right next to major road and intersection. Very easy to notice that it is well managed with German-level attention to cleanliness and tidiness in the common area and the room. You can actually eat the breakfast in this hôtel, it's quite simple but good quality. I generally skip it in other hotels. I got a room on the last 5th floor with view on the parking lot and nearby apartment buildings. You can open the window to get fresh air and the split unit AC works also. The room is tidy and clean with beautiful simplicity. There's even a Mac desktop in room and in lobby! But I didn't try it. One thing annoyed me in the room: toilet seat is quite small and not too cozy to sit on. Otherwise the shower and towels look and feel clean. I want driving but they offer free parking and I noticed a plug in charger for electric vehicles, wow! Which makes it popular with motorists and people on road trips. I loved this hôtel and would stay again. Impeccable

We spent two nights in the hotel, and you easily say the room was super clean, upscale furniture and quiet, staff were so helpful. A very good location, close to the highways, Montreal downtown and too many restaurants are nearby with a small shopping mall. Public transportation not easy to navigate, it's better to drive or use Uber to avoid the hassle of driving in the heavy traffic and construction zones especially if you're not so familiar with the roads there
