I liked the area of the hotel. It’s close to downtown Montreal and other places. Hotel is in quiet environment. The room was decent but the bathroom sink was not properly cleaned. The staff were helpful We didn’t have wifi access throughout our stay, perhaps it was the room we stayed in but nothing could be done about it, everytime we were outside in the lobby, it worked fine The breakfast here is a plus

The room is clean enough. There was an old gummy bear on the floor, but the bathroom is clean. Beds were cleaned. We went to the pool, and there were coughing children in the pool, but that's not on the hotel but its something that made me feel uncomfortable! The pool is heavily chlorinated. My eyes were bloodshot red every time I went in, and I also found a dust bunny inside the pool, which was pretty gross, but the sauna was nice and the free breakfast in the morning was nice. Sadly, you can't take them to your room, but eating downstairs was nice as well. Overall, a good stay for a day!

Got a main floor room that was clean with access to the parking. Pool, spa, hot zacuzi all worked great and clean. Breakfast was normal but good enough. Location is away from downtown which was great for me. I don't want older hotel in the core. Staff were younger cheerful, great personality except for an older lady who was grumpy and could use some upgrades and training on customer service skills.

This hotel was spectacular! The breakfast was good and there was always a table or booth opened. We had an outside room as I am in a wheelchair. It was eàsy to get around. We of course had a language barrier to cross. Mission accomplished somehow we always managed to get our ideas across. It is amazing how a smile and a good morning cross a lot of bridges. We will be back!
