Our car parked in lot next to Sonder where we were given a ticket by Indigo then a ticket by the city. We misunderstood directions on parking payment machine But we were paying $30 every day. Manager at I dog was very unpleasant and scornful of Americans” I’m treated terribly when I go to New York” This ticket is cheap for you Americans. And our car was broken into on the last night

This is an short term let type property devoid of character not a hotel set in a historic building. There are no staff and everything is decorated in "sad beige". The facilities are fine but I wanted some character given the neighbourhood this was in. The check in procedure was also the most intrusive I've ever come across. I won't ever stay in a Sonder hotel again as they are not to my tastes.

Wow!! What an amazing hotel to stay at… if you want a safe and modern experience…. This is the hotel for you. You have everything you need in your room, laundry machines/dishwasher/oven and even a tea kettle ( which I love) beautifully decorated with a pretty rooftop. Make the most of the Steam room and Sauna, it’s lovely. Easy check out with free lockers for your luggage… will definitely stay again!! Thank you 😊

Cool property. Hot tub was a warm bath, at best. Really stingy with the towels… like why? No daily cleaning service at this sonder location but rooms were clean upon arrival and modern. The units could be designed more thoughtfully especially for more than one person, ie. there was only one bedside table, even though there was space for another. There were not enough hooks in the bathroom, even though there was space for another. Overall, good stay,
