We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and welcoming, the hotel was clean and comfortable, and having parking included was a great bonus. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we truly enjoyed our stay. We look forward to staying here again on our next visit.

The hotel and staff are top tier. The room was clean and well kept. The breakfast buffet was excellent with so many options from toast, bagels, croissants, eggs, bacon, sausage, yogurt, muesli, cereal, chia seed pudding. Would definitely recommend this hotel!

Nice hotel. Fantastic location. Loving dining room but buffet breakfast was unremarkable and overpriced. Compared to staff at retail establishments throughout the Old City in Montreal, the hotel staff were not very warm, welcoming, or helpful.

The room was clean. Every day we did have to ask for fresh towels because we needed four towels, one per guest. Housekeeping did not give enough. I do wish there were more amenities like breakfast included and a pool.

Location of property is ideal very close to everything. Asked for early checkin was told would do best but not guaranteed. Booked a suite that cost 742.00 and did not only get an early check in. Room was not available at 4pm regular check in. Had to wait another 20 mins. Was told would provide drink tickets while we waited. There was 4 of us and was given 2 tickets. When I called to check on parking was told it was included in the room rate. However was not was charged additional 38.00 for one night. Almost 800 for one night…. Don’t have alot of options as it was the weekend of the AC/DC concert everything booked.

Good location close to lots of restaurants and shops. The room (a junior suite) was spacious and there was a nice separation between the bedroom and the sitting area/pull out bed. The AC unit was loud which was fine as it worked as white noise but might be uncomfortable to those sensitive to the noise. The parkade was super tight and hard to navigate so wouldn’t recommend parking there. Location was good for tourist activities but it was super busy and lots of garbage piled up on the streets in the neighbourhood so it was not super pleasant (no fault of the hotel - the property itself was very clean and well maintained. Overall, it was comfortable, clean and minimalist. Typical Marriott experience.
