Situation was remedied by Brian and Brandon. Good work by them. I appreciate it. Check in host, Barbara, was ,as usual friendly and courteous"

"My two nights at the Hampton Hotel were spectacular. Despite the construction or remodeling they were doing, everything was great. The breakfast was also good. I regularly stay at this hotel for at least 7 years now and always try to get a suite with them every year. My stay has never changed; my expectations are always the same and they always surprise me for the better every time. I'm fascinated by the new decoration and the new things they are putting on the wall. It looks more elegant."
