"This was a last minute book! It was important to find a place that had an airport shuttle, however at around 5pm-ish was told the shuttle would not be available for pick up until after 7pm. As a result another hotel shuttle driver was nice to drop me off. The television in my room also didn’t work and staff wasn’t able to trouble shoot the problem. This is good enough for a one night emergency stay, wouldn’t stay here any longer than that. "

"First off the staff was very friendly and accommodating! BUT! Was very disappointed in the property and room cleanliness. DID NOT HOLD UP TO HILTON STANDARDS! AT ALL! The pool was unmaintained, my kids didn’t even want to swim in it because it was dirty. They charge for parking? There was grease stains all over one of the head boards in my room. The room smelled of mildew and dog danger. Just really disappointed in our stay to enjoy the Space Center. Way over charged for what you get. For the amount you pay per night this should have been a better experience. "

"This hotel was my first HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE EVER. I paid for an early check in. I got in the elevator it smelled like mildew all the way up in my hotel room so when I got to my first room it was cold so I quickly turned on the heat & the whole front part of the air conditioner fell off! I checked the room more & the table,desks,dressers, weren’t even CLEAN! The floor wasn’t even VACUUMED! The bathroom wasn’t even CLEAN AT ALL! So i politely asked for another room. My second room the smell was better the bathroom looked better but the room STILL COULD HAVE BEEN CLEANED BETTER! The heat wasn’t working at all in this room so I had to wait 4hrs in the cold for maintenance to come fix the heat. I took a little nap woke up & my glasses had fell off the bed. In the midst of me grabbing my glasses off the floor I see a dead cockroach I get up check the whole room & it’s DEAD COCKROACHES & DEAD LADYBUGS all around the floor walls!!! Dead bugs in the microwave, dead bugs in the fridge. The blankets were even STAINED BADLY kind of looked moldy!!!!!!!!!!!!!THIS WHOLE PLACE IS INFESTED! The ratings doesn’t even match on Expedia. Then I see about the reviews too late saying that they been had cockroaches, bugs & mice! Every review has a comment saying “they have a professional bug exterminator” etc. THEY ARE LYING! This whole building is INFESTED! I didn’t even wanna take a shower or even unpack my bag! I was so uncomfortable. This place is no good for anyone looking for a hotel stay. "

"Staff friendly and competent. No special attention needed this visit. Will stay there again if overnighting near Hobby airport. "
