"First room had a hole punched in bathroom door, floor was super sticky and dirty, sheets were stained and prisons lubricant label over peephole. Was situated in another room but just taking my shoes off to get to shower my feet were extremely dirty from walking on unclean floor and there was water leaking from moldy leak in ceiling"

"The room had a few positives: the bed was large, the TV was a nice size, there was a couch, and the closet was spacious. Parking was also easy and convenient. Unfortunately, the cleanliness was a big issue. There was pubic hair in the bathroom, and the shelves and drawers looked like they had not been dusted in a long time. I ended up using some of the provided towels to clean parts of the room before I could even unpack. Also, the motel is located on a one-way street, which made access a little less convenient. Overall, the room had good space and decent features, but the lack of cleanliness was very disappointing."

"I had to beg for towels everyday. I would have to go to the office and literally get in a debate that no one offers me towels, this is after I returned the used ones with the GM or his wife…. The wife would wake me up and open my door and talk to me without me getting a chance to open the door. The GM on the last day told me to get out immediately and he was calling the police due to the fact that the only employee he had was discussing something with me and he fired her. That’s when I called cooperate and filed formal complaint. I have never been talked to and treated the way I was treated as. Guest anywhere…. I stayed 5 nights and it was like this everyday "

"It’s not the hotels fault that there is construction going on and therefore extremely difficult and time consuming to get in/out, but it is the hotels fault for not letting me know. This stay was enormously difficult. Enormously."

"Omg do not waste your money the floor had tape on it to hold it together, there were roaches the bed comforter was stanky with burn holes. The lamp shades were torn up with yellow stains on them the bathroom was horrible no toilet seat lid.. dirty linen bad property do not rent…. The chair was so nasty u would throw up.."

"Loved this hotel! Staff was wonderful and friendly. Breakfast was best we have had that was included. The afternoon/evening apps could have been considered more of a dinner they were so good. And the free "happy hour" drinks were much appreciated! Will be back!"
