Check in was easy, the staff was so very friendly, and the location was great. The breakfast was also very good - try the Northern Lao soup. It was great and I had it every day."

"We absolutely loved our stay at The sanctuary. We were upgraded to a suite and the room was perfect with traditional style wood throughout. The breakfast was so good, a great choice and good coffee with lots to choose from. "This place was beautiful. Staffs were over the top nice and very attentive. We stayed one night because our flight was delayed a whole day. I wish we would’ve stayed there the whole 5days. The rooms with a swim out pool is a must. Food was amazing. Everything was amazing. "

"We only stayed 1 night but we’d definitely stay again when we go back to LP. The rooms are not huge but spotless, comfy beds and a shared balcony overlooking the street. Location is prefect as it’s in the centre of town. Breakfast was a choice of American style or local. We had one of each and both very happy. The cafe/restaurant is just downstairs by the way! Excellent "
