“Great little B&B to stay in. Close to the centre of town, shops and food. The only issue is the signage. I arrived in the dark and could not find the place until I walked the street as the B&B was down the side of a house.”

“Stayed here for two nights. Checkin: Easy, friendly staff, no issues Room: Quite spacious, was clean, room made up nicely. Nothing outstanding, but nothing terrible either. Bed: Fine, plenty of pillows which is always a win, it did roll a round a bit and a bit uneven, but certainly has worse. Bathroom: The towel rack in my room was bent, the shower pressure and heat good. The soap/shampoo/conditioner was in a terrible location which really narrowed the space where you were standing. “Was staying there for a night before driving up to Melbourne. The property is quite well maintained even though it was dated. Definitely a good place for an overnight stop”

“Don't rely on what the online pictures shows. Totally different from what you see & what you get. Trust me it wasn't what we expected. However, when its offered as a cheap deal then beware!”

“This was one of the nicest Motel rooms we have stayed in over the last few years. I wish we were staying longer than one night. Don't get fooled by the dated roadsign, the accommodation is recently refurbished, super clean and generously spacious. Our room featured a lovely kitchen too. I really loved the location, just round the corner from the main thoroughfare of Cowes. Will definitely return when we visit Phillip Island in the future.”
