"Love the location. Easy to walk anywhere downtown. Parking was easy but the garage did fill up later in the night. We really enjoyed the rooftop patio. We stayed in the two bedroom suite. Everything was clean and comfortable. The pool was small and very busy with little kids, hot tub had a green hue to it but the water felt nice. Didn't seem dirty. The restaurant and lounge area was really nice. The bar is kind of small and tucked into a corner but you're downtown with nice bars and clubs a short walk away. We will definitely stay here again. "

"Hotel is clean and staff is friendly and welcoming. The location is great, walking distance to BSU and downtown. The gym, which is a major desire for my stay, is minimal equipment and not enough for my preference. The provided breakfast is standard, does have oatmilk as an option which is great, but I am gluten free so not a benefit to me. Overall I would stay here again. The bathroom light being tied to the main room not allowing the bathroom light to be on without disturbing your fellow room mates is also a downside. "

"I was very disappointed to hear that all the recycling gets thrown in the trash. It’s misleading to people to have a recycle bin and trash bin in the room when the recycling does not occur."

"The entire hotel looked like it was falling apart once we reached the elevator. The AC also didn’t work. The staff was nice but they informed us that the building was in the middle of being switched to the AC so it was going to be hot. Our room was 80 degrees and we were drenched in sweat. It was miserable, especially for the price that we paid and not having anything to offer like breakfast included in the pricing. "
