Excellent staff

The staff as far as my check in goes was great! The room felt dirty. The doors lock was broke, the tv remote didn’t work, and the ac unit took forever to kick on.

No towels in room, new person didn’t know where towels were. Had to use my own towel. This place should be closed and renovated! No breakfast as stated on Hotel.com.

Our stay was short...Roaches, roaches, no fridge or microwave. Pool was permanently closed. People were nice, the front desk lady when we checked out had a roach behind her on the wall. She thanked me for letting her know.

Room was very dirty, broken shower curtain, toilet paper holder, excessive hair around chair wheels,No hair dryer. This place is a dump for the price. But Britney tried hard to make it right.

This was tha nastiest place I have ever stayed. I took a washcloth and a bar of soap and cleaned the countets, microwave and tub. The trash cans did't have liners and we not wShed out. The curtain was coming off the rod. It was the worst experience I have ever had and I travel a lot!!

So nice in the room. The fragrance upon entering the lobby was amazing! Smelled so good. No complaints other than the cost of the room but I was in a hard spot and needed a room. Thankful I’m blessed to be able to get it!

Worst place I’ve stayed . I don’t need anything fancy but it’s gotta be clean . Stained and dingy bed sheets . Pillows and bed looked like they had already been slept on. Brown towels ( supposed to be white) . Filthy walls and bathroom. A lot of what seems to be long term people living here that are hollering and talking loud outside door at all hours . If I didn’t arrive so late at night I would have gone elsewhere . Just a very nasty place that looks like they’d rent by the hour .
