The staff were amazing! There was mold in the bathroom around the vent and on the shower ceiling. The breakfast lacked from other choice hotels that we stayed out. There was sausage, hard biscuits and cereal.

One of the mattresses had dried blood. Breakfast wasn’t there on Saturday and Sunday. Two out of the 3 days of our stay. Black mold on the ceiling and walls where the roof had leaked. Had to change the filter on my CPAP because it got mold in it. I stay at Quality Inns quite frequently and I was very disappointed. We would have asked for a refund if we would have not booked online. The woman that checked us in was very nice and professional. The pool was decent and better than other hotels we have visited.

The whole place needs a good cleaning. The pool area needs a major update. Not well ventilated so the paint is falling from the ceiling as well as the walls. Our tub spout was leaking constantly. The staff was really nice.

We got in late they still let us check in. There was a weird extra 3 dollar plus charge at end the clerk couldnt explain i just paid to be checked out and on our way. Breakfast was good

Very disappointed in this hotel.If we weren’t so tired from traveling , we would had left. Rooms were not the cleanest. No hot water to shower, mold on ceilings, parts of the ceiling falling down in pool area.. took us over 20 mins to check in because the employee kept taking phone calls , mind you my husband just had his foot amputated two weeks ago , so very noticeable) No sheets , pillows or blankets for pull out. No pool towels. The breakfast was ok but all the juices was watered down not many healthy options. Very Basic. The beds set very high off the ground making it very difficult for my disabled husband and son. Shampoo was also empty. I had to go ask for the pull out items and 3 other people were there because of their room conditions. This hotel gives the brand name a BAD look… someone needs to look into it. We stay at others and they are very nice and easy and fast check in.

The room was clean and front desk was very friendly. The only complaint would be that housekeeping was too early on the day of checkout. Checkout is 11 and housekeep was knocking by 10.

Staff is friendly. The mini fridge is the best I've had in a hotel. The a/c was great. The room has water damage and black mold at the ceiling. The dark out curtains do not meet to darken the room. The tub leaked constantly. The commode is missing a bolt, so it rocks when you are on it. There is no room phone. There was a vehicle doing donuts in the parking lot that resulted in them hitting a pole and running off on foot. We actually witnessed this. Police were called by the desk clerk. There's no sitting area for smokers; they pile up in front of the main entrance because that's where the butt can is. We reserved an accessible room. We received a room on a top floor with a step-in tub/shower, it did not have a handheld shower head, and a very short, small toilet. We did not complain. We did not request a new room. We did not move hotels. We did learn a lesson.

Room was big. Could of carried that mattress home. It was thick and very comfy! We were near the pool but heard very little noise from the children enjoying it.

There was a horrible smell on the thrird floor near the ice machine. There was a few old air conditioners setting in the hall there. I believe that they was causing the odor. Other than that i enjoyed my stay. My room was clean and cool.

The room I was in could definitely use an uprade, bathroom needed an exterminator and work on sink faucets, toilet and tub faucets. AC /heat unit runs continuously, no auto setting and no heat at 40 degrees. I have stayed there before and all was good, guess I was in an older part this time. I like the location, it is near my family.

Let’s start with the good; beds were comfortable and no bugs. The bad; mold and holes all over the ceilings, dirty shower, cobwebs hanging from the ceilings, chapstick and Cheetos in the pull out bed, mattress on the pull out couch was covered in brown stains….the non smoking hallway smelled horrible of both cigarette and weed smoke.

Friendly staff but needs a good cleaning/update

Stayed for a basketball tourney so thankfully the room did not need to be used much. The comforter had cigarette burns in them, the pull out sofa was not usable due to it being stained so badly. Stains all in the floors. The staff was nice, just needs a lot of updating/cleaning.
