A Pousada é boa, porém, a cama reveza estava velhas e com um curvatura no meio que estava difícil de ter um noite de sono, o café da manhã todos os dias foi o mesmo de sempre, não se permitiam pedidos extras, como tapioca ou omeletes, fiquei no quarto com amigos.

1 - Limpeza do quarto péssima; 2 - Ralo do banheiro entupindo( apt 22); 3 - Paredes do quarto morfadas/ sujas; 4 - local do cafe da manhã com varias goteiras e chão molhado tendo assim que trocar de messa varias vezes; 5 - Fizeram a limpeza no meu quarto jogaram material que seria utilizado na minha festa aniversário no lixo sinalizando para fucionario da recepção disse que iria colocar no grupo para ver quem tinha realizado limpeza o mesmo me deixa sozinho na recepção entregou o material no apartamento sem me dizer nada nem que havia achado meu companheiro veio a minha procura e disse que ja estava la, reclamo da falta de empatia de seu fucionario nem satisfação e um pedido de desculpa pelo transtorno causado e mais vai saber onde estava guardado esse material como eu iria utilizar numa festa de aniversário não sabendo a procedência. Fique hospedado ai por referência de varios amigos mais não indico serviço de vocês com certeza não voltaria ai.

Razoável... pedi um quarto com 1 cama casal e 1 solteiro. Me colocaram em 1 quarto q só tinha uma de casal... reclamei porém nada adiantou....

Hotel com pouco a oferecer ao cliente.

A pousada é razoável. A entrada fica meio escondida entre os demais comércios ao redor. O interior da pousada é bom, limpo e também com bom aspecto. Contudo, o interior dos quartos deixa a desejar. A começar pelo banheiro que tem mal cheiro constante devido ao retorno de mal odor no ralo do banheiro (queixa feita na recepção e nada resolvido). Não deixam papel higiênico no banheiro (tivemos que solicitar na recepção). Outro ponto muito negativo é o café da manhã extremamente fraco. Não oferecem um bom cardápio. Apenas frutas básicas, pães com manteiga e alguns itens tais como leite, granola e torta salgada. A piscina fica aberta até as 20 horas, portanto, se você chega da praia e quer utilizar ela pela noite, esqueça! Não poderá! A banheira de hidromassagem é paga!

Went in the morning and was told no reservation found . Had to call Hotels.com and who chased on my behalf. No English speaking reception staff - had to use google translate in the end and a new reception staff found my booking ! Apart from that amazing hotel quality / service /decor /location couldn’t fault . The lights were a bit dim in the room and no wii fii in the room. Had to go to common area for wifi which was a little inconvenient .

A Pousada Mareia, é muito bem localizada na rua principal que é a da Prainha. A pousada possui ótimas acomodações e materiais de quartos, excelente café da manhã, com pessoal prestativo. A localização no centro é a ideal, pois se a noite você não quer caminhar muito, subir e descer ladeira fica perto de tudo e com ótimos restaurantes em frente e ao lado e lojas e do supermercado com melhores preços de Morro.

Chuveiro com problema, barulho de obra no quarto acima, café da manhã fraco (poucas opções e sem placas informativas nos alimentos) e ar condicionado que parava a cada 5 min (não era continuo). Baixa estação não justifica a qualidade inferior do serviço. Perdeu uma cliente.
