Adagio Moscow Kievskaya

It was very comfortable. The bed folded away. Clean kitchen area and facilities. Had to use the restaurant in the adjacent hotel, but had to pay separately or put a deposit on your room before using the restaurant. Overall it was very clean with very friendly staff. Good location: near a nice shopping centre and undergound train station.

Centrally located hotel, right by the rail station (access to the shuttle train to Vnukovo airport (VKO)) and several subway stations. Access to amenities of Novotel hotels, including the swimming pool

The property was really clean and you can feel safe staying at this hotel. You need to be ready to find only a few people that are able to comunicate with you in English. The ladies at the front desk were able to talk to me but I was never sure if they really got what I was asking. The location of the hotel is perfect if you are planning to visit the historical and touristic places of Moscow. The hotel is convinient located in front of the Moscow metro the best and fastest mean of transportation in Moscow. What I didn't like is that the room that I got was not the one that I requested. Also the hotel does not read the message that we send here in expedia to them, so don't waist your time. Apart from that is a good place to stay.

The great location, very new, stylish minimalist concept, clean, exceptional amenities ,next to subway and shopping mall. The only thing you need to make sure you are not older than 30, otherwise you’ll be struggling to slip on railways very stiff type of mattress or chose Novotel or Ibis which are in the same building with Adagio !)))

전반적으로 깨끗하고 안전한 느낌이어서 만족!

우선 위치가 정말 좋다. 키옙스카야 지하철 역 출구에서 2분 거리에 호텔이 있고, 호텔 건물에 Teremok 있어서 아침 먹기도 좋음. 바로 옆 건물이 유럽몰이어서 쇼핑, 식사하기도 좋음. 지하철 3호선 타면 바로 붉은 광장 갈 수 있어서 편리함. 호텔 입구 경비하시는 분이 지키고 있어서 안전한 느낌이 들고 호텔 방 상태도 깨끗하고 생각보다 좁지 않음. 아침에 매번 청소해주시는 분께서 수건이나 물 등 새로 넣어주셔서 너무 좋음. 전반적으로 깨끗하고 안전한 느낌이어서 만족함.

요리를 직접할수 있어서 좋았습니다. 침대는 접이식이라 낮에는 소파로 사용합니다. 단, 침대쿠션은 보통입니다. 장기투숙 경우는 일주일에 한번 청소해주는것도 아쉽습니다.

Empfehlenswert! Pro: Guter Preis, sehr gute Lage an der Metrostation Kievskaya, sehr freundliches Personal, welches ausreichend Englisch spricht, hohe Sicherheit (viel Sicherheitspersonal), sehr schönes "Studio" mit Blick auf die Skyline, Supermarkt 3 Gehminuten entfernt im Einkaufszentrum, ausreichend ausgestattetes Fitness-Studio, sehr schöner kleiner Pool zum entspannten Schwimmen. Contra: Auf die Frage, ob sie einen größeren Topf zum Nudeln-Kochen hätten, lautete die Antwort "Das ist in Ihrem Zimmer nicht vorgesehen"; umständliche Funktion der Wäscherei (man muss an der Rezeption Bescheid sagen, dann kommt jemand mit, der die Waschmaschine freischaltet). Insgesamt empfehlenswert und ich würde sicher wieder hinfahren. Vielen Dank!

Nice and cosy stay

The overall stay was good, staffs at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. The swimming pool and sauna facilities were shared with the next hotel Novotel. There was a small incident, we asked the hotel staff to book transportation for us to the airport, however the driver did not charged what we were agreed. We asked the driver to call the hotel or call the police, he did not do so, and so we just paid what we were agreed. We understand that there was nothing that the hotel could do, but just hope that other people would aware of it.
