Really found this property to be good value. It was very close to downtown Moscow and right on the main road to Pullman. Lots of food and shops a short walk away. I would definitely rent again.

very close to an excellent Diner with very god food and helpful, efficient, very friendly in light of a hugely crowded college football weekend. Our rental unit was very nice once we found it and he Asbury House rentals manager was very responsive on this first night. Unfortunately, our second night's reservation was an absolute nightmare since once we found it, it was already occupied!

Loved this place! I wasn’t sure what to expect with a studio apartment but it was perfect. It was very modern on the inside and a well planned layout. Plenty of space for my teenage daughter and I and all of our stuff. I was very impressed with all the little attention to details. We will definitely stay here again!

The proprietor did a fantastic job preparing for our arrival. Everything went to plan. This was the perfect landing spot for us to begin our road trip. Not only is this property comfortable, it is a fantastic value. We will be looking to book here again in the future. 10/10!

Cozy little apt

Great little place for the weekend. If you have more than 2 then the futon will accommodate 1-2 more. Just know you are all in the same room. If you want space to get away there is a 3rd floor kitchen great room space with an additional outdoor rooftop patio that is a nice space. Great value, nice bed, worked well!

The place was super cute on like but a lot smaller in person, none of the outlets in the place worked. The TV would also not turn on, the back of the fridge was extremely loud, I don’t know if there was something back there but it sounded like there was. Spiders everywhere. Random cars would be in my assigned parking space and they didn’t get towed, or a ticket. Owner was very nice and responded to my texts in minutes, check in/check out was super easy!

Great place to stay but noisy

Great space, and the kitchenette in particular is nicely stocked. Shower is excellent. Bathroom is a bit unusual if you haven't traveled outside the US. The toilet/sink set up is Japanese in design and the lack of outlets in the bathroom reminds me of England. Only really challenging issue we had was the noise. The walls/ceiling are so thin that everyone's voice, toilet flush, etc. is audible. I don't think the other guests were particularly noisy in any way. It's just the construction. The owners are aware of this as they provide earplugs in the nightstand and a white noise machine (which actually helped out a lot!)

Nicely equiped studio. Multi apartment building entirely dedicated to short stays. They are fairly newly renevated. My only observation is that neighbors can not help but be heard during normal activity.

Great little place, but could use a deep clean

Great location, easy access. This cute little room has what you need. Shower was BARELY warm and shower walls had hair from a previous renter. Also, walls of the entire unit have grime from past renters. Could use a deep clean for sure. Lots of potential for this place though!
