The location is very convenient, near AFIMall and metro. Our apartment is on the 57th floor. It had a great view of the city and Moscow River. It was a great stay for our family of 4.

I am writing this review at 3:30 in the morning, as I cannot sleep due to very loud music coming from one of the neighbours. Not only the walls are vibrating, but I can literally hear the lyrics. Right now it is rap! Our two year old finally crashed at two in the morning. I need to be up in couple of hours. The apartment has other issues, including poor condition of some furniture, light fixtures and bathroom fixtures. Access to hotel amenities such as pool and gym has additional cost of about $70 per person per hour. I would not recommend this place to families with small children.

Far away from 5 star

First of all - Like the idea of renting a apartment in a sky scrape - Awesome! But please consinder to fix the basics before making this reality. We arrived at the accepted check in time. How ever apartment was not finished cleaning so we had to wait 1 h in "lobby" before we could get the apartment. No excuses for that, simply "thanks for waiting". Got the apartment - Looks cool in first sight. However, super dirty window makes the view way less interesting. Went to take a shower, no warm water and also felt some electricity in the dusch cabine. Not so nice. After a day in the city we came back and discover that we do not have any electricty after they fixed warm wather and elecrity that was felt in the shower. Of couce no answer when we tried to call the service number. They called us back though at 11am on the day after. Did I mention the AC did not work? Well it did not.

I would like to first commend Dmitriy. He was the night manager for my stay and he was super accommodating. He would answer all my questions and knew English pretty well. Which was a definite plus as it seemed no one knew English on the property. He also even printed out some train tickets etc for our trip to St. Pete. He gave great suggestions for nice restaurants nearby etc. Super helpful! On the other hand, I received terrible service during the day from one of the desk clerks. Her name was Loap or something of the sort. She had dark black hair and was the only English speaker on the front desk of OKO tower. She was very rude when I asked for help directing the uber driver. I felt a bit of racism in her body language. If it wasn’t for the kind service from Dmitriy, I probably would have never stayed in this property again given my encounter with Loap.

New buildings with nearby subway station,mall and shopping center,excellent gym,pool and spa,with excellent views of the city.However the internet connection is poor in the rooms and they didn’t have a pullout bed.Host dimitry was excellent and very helpful.I would definitely go back to stay there.i also visited both the restaurant sixty and also in the oko towers they were excellent.I stayed in federation tower west sky hermitage apartments.

Advertised pool , gym & wifi Property had no pool neither a gym then I was told it’s in another complex but I had to pay $100 to use it.. Try to complain however since no of them speak English I did get far.. Wi-fi didn’t work past the living room and we had a broken TV..

Omission of all basis service

The TV set could not watch local TV dueing World Cup . When contacted the responsible staff, I was provided a direct contact for a TV technician of Russia. I was thereafter told that the TV connection wire was cut by someone which appeared not match with my observation. The reception of Sky Apartments did not have any staff after 9:00pm and we spent around 30 min for the re-entry to the apartment (guest had to re-register in each and every re-entry to the apartment). On the day before we checked out, someon (the next user) was pressing the door bell sharply direct at 12:00 noon and invited us to leave the apartment before we could return the key to the reception downstairs, but there was no staff to recollect our key for the check-out and confirmed the return of the unit. When contacted the responsible person by the provided telephone no through Whatsapp , the person in the phone number just said it was a minor thing and offered us the opportunity to be benefited from him in the future when we visit Moscow again. As a customer, it is a very poor and not acceptable standard of service of the apartment and the provision of basic service as , if the next user blamed us for damaging something in the unit, the formal checking out between users could not be waived. I can't believe that the Expedia offers such an not-up-to-standard appartment to its customers including ourselves. I must stop the coming booking with Expedia until a time this bad experience can be forgotten.

No better place to stay in Moscow

I rarely review anything as I am too busy (sorry to be blunt and unfair). But I must rate this booking. Excellent team, excellent support team an service, amazing apartment! You won't find better view, sq footage and luxury in Moscow. I used to stay in 5 star hotels there for years in small space... I know what I am talking about, trust me... This place is modern, luxury, secure and the place itself is like your own media room or club. Night views are spectacular. Can't say enough... will be back soon. Cheers, Eddie

High-class modern apartment in Moscow city

It's a very high-class serviced apartment, modern, and near metro station. Located in the luxury district of Moscow city. The manager George was very helpful on almost everything. Response was quick.
