โThe breakfast was excellent, the staff were very helpful and spoke perfect English, the property doesnโt look as nice from the outside, and its towards the back of the town, and parking isnโt onsite, but we managed to find a place very close by with no charge. I would definitely recommend staying here the roof terrace and honesty bar were a nice touch too. โ
โThe castle view room is worth it. The balcony is as nice to relax on at night. There is no A/C, however there was a fan in the room. It didnโt keep the room cold could probably use a bigger one or a second fan in the room. We had a very early train and the hotel accommodated a very early breakfast for us. Excellent location, quiet area within walking distance of everything - highly recommend.โ
โJust good for facilities as no plug socket near mirror for hair dryer and no tea/ coffee making equipment in the room which was in the garden so a good walk to restaurant. Even if this is not usually supplied, perhaps it should be given the location and standard. โ
โI am a foreigner. I arrived at Trier train station and tried to catch a taxi. But no taxi can be found. Uber is not working. So I had to walk about 30 minutes with a heavy luggage. When I arrived I asked the reception. The receptionist replied that I could use Google and call a taxi. But I don't speak German. I arrived the room but no water. โRoom was great. Very clean. Beds were comfortable. Nice patio with a fantastic view of the castle. Lots of shops and places to eat within easy walking distance. Reserved parking spot was nearby up a steep set of stairs, but understandable given the location of the hotel on a very narrow, steep hill. The view is worth it!โ

โSchรถn zentral gelegen, Parkmรถglichkeiten sind vor dem Hotel etwas eingeschrรคnkt, da es ein รถffentlicher Parkplatz ist. Aber hier kann man im Hotal einen Garagenplatz mieten.
Sehr freundlicher Empfang und sehr hilfsbereites Personal. Die Lage des Hotels ist direkt an der Altstadt in der Nรคhe des Marktplatzes.
Das Frรผhstรผck mehr als reichlich mit einer guten Auswahl an Speisen und Getrรคnken.
Zimmer ist modern und sauber, der Badbereich ebenfalls.
