"The room was warm. The bed was very comfortable especially the pillows 😍. Wish the bath tub was a bit bigger but otherwise it was good! No windows for fresh air, but I guess it’s for safety as the room is close to the road. Good overhead shower pressure. Location was perfect! The ambience and smell around the staircases was divine! Just don’t be tempted to help yourself at the minibar, drinks were a bit pricey 😁. Overall, worth the money spent for a night stay at the superior room. "

"I needed to travel to a medical appointment in Dunedin. It was decided that staying overnight in Dunedin was a good idea. We stayed in one of the ground floor accessible studios. I was able to have an early check in which was fab The room was stunningly clean! As an ex motel cleaner i can almost certainly find something thats not up to scratch.... not the case this time!!
