“Great stay! Everything went smooth and nice. Stuff was very friendly, food was very good - especially breakfast, room spacious and clean. ”

“Clean and comfortable room. Very kind staff. Coffee and bottled water provided in room. Free coffee and water in reception. They left us a bottle of prosecco and two champagne flutes in the room as a happy new year gift-lovely and appreciated gesture. Decent car park, at a reasonable price. The buffet breakfast was excellent. They had sparkling wine and real fresh orange juice so if you wanted you could have a bucks fizz breakfast. The tram stop was just across the road so it was very easy...

“숙박시설은 굉장히 만족스러웠습니다. 새로지은곳이라 깨끗하고 숙박시설도 좋았습니다. 구시가지에서는 버스타고 3,4정거장 정도 떨어져 있었지만 교통이 불편하지는 않았고 조용한곳에 위치해있어 좋았습니다. 근처에 마트도 있었습니다.전체적으로 가족이 머물기 좋은 곳이었습니다.”

“Čo môžeme vyzdvihnúť bola čistota, vybavenie izby a hotela. Na päť minút od hotela sme mali náš cieľ, čo pre nás znamenalo obrovský plus. Ďakujeme. ”

“집을 좁은 계단을 통해 가지고 올라가야해요. 객실은 깨끗한 편이고 이상한 사람이 없다면 대부분 조용합니다. 별도의 체크인데스크는 없고 전자식 도어락으로 웹을 통해서 문을 열거나 사용자에게 할당된 비밀번호로 출입이 가능한데 저는 제 번호에 오류가 있는지 방 문이 안열려서 매번 웹으로 문을 열어야 했어요. 냉장고와 전자렌지 등 간단한 주방 시설을 이용할 수 있어요. 사용은 안해봤지만 공용 식기와 작은 싱크대도 있고요. 공용공간은 좁고 아늑해요. 퇴실 후 짐을 공용 락커에 보관해야 하는데 큰 캐비넷 하나라 제가 이용하려고 했을 때는 자리가 없어요. 그럴때는 공용 공간에 그냥 둬도 된다고 했는데 CCTV가 있어서 그럴 염려는 적지만 분실/도난은 책임지지 않는다고 해요. 그리고 1층 카페에서 체크인 첫 날 웰컴드링크를 줍니다. 전체적으로 아늑하다고 할만한 장소입니다.”

“객실은 청결했고 침대는 편안했습니다. 배게는 불편했습니다. 위치는 매우 환상적이고 접근성이 좋습니다. 직원들의 대응은 빠르고 친절했습니다.”

“전반적으로 직원들도 친절하고, 객실도 깨끗함. 구시가지가 가까워서 걸어서 대부분의 장소로 이동이 가능. 주차는 무료가 안되며, 지하주차장 1일 8유로정도”

“정말 깨끗하고 훌륭한 호텔입니다. 굳이 개선 요청한다면, 욕실의 온도 조절이 버튼식이라 상당히 불편하였습니다. 한번 누를때마다 1도씩 변경되는데, 냉온마찰을 번갈아 하는 데에는 힘들었습니다. 왜 굳이 버튼식을 했는지 이해가 안가더군요. 그것 빼고는 여태까지 사용했던 호텔중 최고의 호텔이었습니다.”
