"Room and breakfast was good. Staff were very accommodating and friendly. Always said hello when they saw us and asked if everything was ok. The location was a 5 min walk to Old Town which was great. Would stay there again."

"Malmo is a great location for a stay in Chania. Old town Chania is beautiful and carries a lot of charm, and Malmo lets you access everything with a short walk. The windows are double-glazed to block out almost all noise. The rooms are beautifully decorated and clean. The buffet breakfast is located on a rooftop balcony, with a small but choice selection of foods to enjoy in the quiet morning sun. The staff were very helpful. My wife and I purchased grapes from the local flea market, and the staff offered to wash and plate them for us to enjoy on the balcony. We stayed in the honeymoon suite, which came with a beach basket and towels which was a lovely edition. If we returned to old town, we would definitely pick Malmo again."

"The hotel was very clean and staff were so helpful with everything we asked. From needing an iron in our room to planning day trips. They even took the topper of the mattress bc my brother in law needed the bed more firm. Breakfast was incredible. I felt like I was in a resort with the choices we had. The only minor complaint I have is the lights in the room were a little too dark for me. But such a minor inconvenience and only bc I have poor vision."

"Hotel is querky and full of character all about the location in the heart of the old town surrounded by shops,bars and restaurants. You need to be able to carry your luggage as the taxi can only drop you outside the old town area and you have to walk to the hotel and with no lift again you need to carry your luggage up the stairs. But if you want to go on holiday and be in the heart of a Greek old town we would really recommend this lovely hotel. Also the hotel is run by a local family that have owned it for a long time and go out of the way to ensure you have a nice holiday."

"We loved our stay. I messaged the hotel before arriving about my husbands 40th birthday and they prepared a lovely special welcome for him. It made the stay feel special. The hotel is right by the sea and close to the centre, very walkable. We could also park our car in a secured parking for just 10 eur a day. Would definitely come back here if we ever go back to Chania!"
