โThis hotel was really special (the online pictures do not capture how great the property is). We had the larger room for our family of 4 and it was really great. The staff was extremely attentive and the breakfast was lovely (an excessive amount of food and lattes were offered!!). They even offer to bring the breakfast to your room if you prefer. They directed me to a free public lot for parking which was about a 7 minute walk. We would absolutely stay here again.โ
โWe had an excellent stay at Porto Vecchio. The hotel itself is situated right in the old town about 2 streets back from the sea, in a pretty little corner on a lovely back street. As the old town is pedestrianised, we were dropped at the top of the main street by our taxi from the airport, 25 mins away, and had a short 5 min walk to the property. The reception is not manned at all times but someone was always at the end of the phone should you need any help and I believe, not far away either....
โGreat service! Their breakfast they offer had great variety and perfect for the family. Our departure was very early and they even had a breakfast box made to take with us. Location was great and all booked excursions were easy to get picked up for.โ
โOur experience at Thallos was amazing. Upon arriving Valia offered us cold drinks and a quick presentation of the city with a bunch of helpful suggestions on what to do. She worked really hard and made sure that our stay was as enjoyable as possible (f.e. borrowing sun umbrellas for the beach and bringing fresh muffins into our room). The room was as described and was cleaned everyday. Overall would really recommend this place!โ

โThis small hotel is in an absolutely perfect location, right at the heart of the historical centre of Chania. There were absolutely no problems with the self-service check-in, and the room was absolutely lovely, with some quaint features and a welcome drink and sweets. Finding a parking space close enough to the hotel can be a problem, but the manager had made some good suggestions about parking options, so ultimately that did not prove to be a massive deal.
