The structure is simply excellent and also convenient when I travel with public transportation since it is very close to the railway station. Team is also very friendly, room very modern and absolutely clean, breakfast ok. Really a great place to stay. ”

“Could not recommend Hotel Residenz Schrannenhof enough! From literally the moment we walked in, we were treated like family and felt fully and wonderfully taken care of. They allowed us to check in early so we could nap after our long trip from the US, given recommendations on restaurants/bars and info on train tickets, and the breakfast was amazing every morning! The staff are incredible and our room was big and perfect. Plus, the hotel is literally right across the street from the train...

“The hotel was near the airport and we had a very brief stay in the area. Staff were friendly in the dining room. It was difficult when we arrived very late (11.30 pm) after delays with aircraft, to manage the check in. The hotel was excellently clean. It reminds me of a similar type of accommodation in UK - Premier Inn.”

“Hotel was perfectly prepared, wonderful views, good service, very clean. It shoul be some small containers for plastic and paper in the rooms. For breakfast we expetcted more fresh vegetables: cucumber, tomatoes as it is the best season for them in Europe now. Anyway staying in "So Vienna" Hotel was very nice, we'll recommend it to our friends.”

“This hotel is a hidden gem! I don't think you can get better conditions (swimming pool, saunas, steam room, lovely breakfast) and frendlier staff for the price. It's true that the furniture and decor are a little old-fashioned, but everything is sparkling clean, beds are comfortable, and rooms have huge balconies as well. I plan to come again, and again :) totally recommend! ”
