Very convenient and good value hotel with easy parking, informal vibe, v. friendly staff, cosy room, looks like the hotel is being updated but beds were super comfy, room was clean, and we appreciated that the windows could be opened properly. Also we were able to collect our room key in the morning and head off to Edinburgh for the Fringe without worrying about being back in time for check in. Would happily stay here again!

Motherwell is a great town to stay in if your goal is to travel around Scotland. The train station is only a few minute walk from the Bentley hotel, lots of bars, restaurants, shopping centers and parks all in walking distance. Staff were great and very helpful, scan giving us recommendations on places to go.

Easy to find and a very lovely hotel with comfortable rooms. The gentleman on reception, who I believe was the manager, was more than welcoming and helpful. Helped carry our suitcases up the stairs and was always on hand and friendly if we needed anything. Also very informative about Motherwell and the history of the hotel which we enjoyed. My only very small criticism would be lack of mirrors in the room - just the one in the bathroom but that was minor! Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable on our route further north!

A one night stay prior to a holiday. The hotel is dated but clean. The room was spacious and had what we needed. The staff were amazing and very helpful. It is what you have paid for and we would stay again for a night if we needed a quick stop.

The staff are very nice and helpful. They are working to improve things. From the outside, it's a cool building. It's old and needs some TLC on the inside. The shower floor was loose and stuck to my feet. Everything was clean. The room was spacious. Free onsite parking was available.
