โFrom the start to the end of our stay it was amazing. We could store our luggage and go away until the check in time. When we arrived back our luggage was even put into our apartment. The apartment was a home away from home with everything you would need, teas, sugar, sachets of milk, washing up liquid, sponge, tea towel. fluffy towels, shamppo, conditioner, hand-wash and body wash.
David was so welcoming and friendly every we saw him.
This will now be my go to place to stay when I visit...
โI was attending The Greatest Gathering in Derby, so I needed somewhere to stay. Leaving it to the last minute like I usually do, there weren't many places left that were a) cheap, and b) within easy reach of Derby. This hostel was a lot better than I thought it would be: Joe was very helpful from the moment I arrived, showing me around and explaining everything carefully. โWe stayed for 2 nights , room comfortable, large bed, bit of noise from main pub extract fans. Food excellent, plenty of parking. Staff friendly and efficient. Will come again.โ
โApart from everything being great they need to move the sink tap in the bathroom as it's a bit far away from the sink itself, cause the water goes everywhere.. lol โ
โLocation is convenient to the train station. No reception but management is communicative and helpful. Suite was large and well decorated/equipped. As is sometimes the case, bathroom ventilation wasnโt great so bathroom smelled a little mildewy. Aside from that, room was clean and comfy. Recommend!โ
โAdrian is extremely kind and pleasant among the staff there. I stayed at the accommodation and had a comfortable rest. But it would be nice to have slippers in the bathroomโ
