"The reason we didn't give the property 5 stars is that the rooms are a little far from the beach. No view from the rooms other than the garden area. The breakfast was more than adequate but the eggs were not made from fresh eggs, obviously they were powdered. The property should try to relocate the roosters roaming the property, so loud starting around 3 am."

"This is a very unique property, only 6 rooms. The view from our balcony was fabulous. The rooms and balcony were huge; we also had a kitchenette. The property is owned by a famous Bora Bora artist, so there are lots of original art pieces throughout the property. If you have a problem with nude art, this is not the place for you, I would have never taken my young family there. One drawback is there isn't a designated beach close to the property, though it isn't far from Matira Beach. The manager...
