"Self check-in easy. Only becomes an issue when you are disappointed with the apartment. The apartment itself was stunning! Classy looking finishes in bathroom and kitchen. Just disappointed to be staying in a lovely mountainside area without being to enjoy the view. I understand that not everyone can have a view. As you drive up and look around you get excited by the scenery. Walk into the apartments and looked straight into the back of a mountain! Up close. IF we had been somewhere with reception staff, we would have returned and asked for a different room. They certainly weren’t busy (mid Sep) and I’m sure there were apartments on the other side of the building that we could have been allocated and enjoyed the view. Great apartments aside from our biew"

"The unit is lovely, and location is great. Great for a family. But there were issues with the WiFi - and the host tried to fix it but it didn't work the whole time we were there. It was unfortunate for our friends over from the UK. The hot tub wasn't hot and the main jets didn't work. Which I reported, but had no response to that. I did have to report also that the dishwasher was obviously very dirty. No cleaning detergent in unit, not enough dish soap or dishwasher tablets. It was unfortunate about those issues, because overall the place is lovely and spacious. Great beds and wonderful views."
