"Had a very comfortable and convenient 4 day stay in female 4 bed ensuit room. Everything was great. Only issue I had was the noise coming from closing of doors out of other rooms with bangs and loud noises in the middle of the night other than that I had a lovely stay. I would highly recommend it. "Stayed 2nights in private double. Late check in email stated room would be unlocked - it wasn't. Nobody answered the phone. We had to stretch in the window to unlock the door. The room stank. Really horrible old damp smell. Next day we were locked out of our room with our belongings inside "pending payment" - payment had been taken online already. Took 5 phone calls to get keys to our room sorted."

"Good location to centre. We were arriving outside office hours but they left a hand written note and map that we appreciated with the key. Private room was comfortable but outside walk to toilets and showers. Good hostel stay. "

"Surprisingly enough the room was very quiet considering it was the first room just near the lift. Could not hear it at all. Plenty of space in the room and everything that I needed for the three nights. Lovely friendly staff at reception and the location couldn’t be better."
