In case you're not lucky to see the mountain from the park (like in my case...) drive south and you'll probably see it from the road, or from Talkeetna.

Be fortunate, as we were, to go when the temps were in the 60s and the mountain was out in all it's glory.

Book one of the park bus tours in advance as that is the best (and realistically only) way to see much of the park.
