"The staff was wonderful… valet to front desk were all extremely friendly. The room was clean but could use a more detailed eye with cleaning like in between bed and nightstands. The problem I had was the amount of noise you can hear from outside- like screaming people and loud cars. We were on the 5th floor: It needs some kind of way to sound proof. Breakfast was basic"

"My stay at the Hyatt Regency Birmingham – The Wynfrey Hotel in Hoover was excellent from start to finish. The staff was welcoming, professional, and always ready to help with anything I needed. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it easy to relax after a long day. The location is perfect, especially with direct access to the Riverchase Galleria, making shopping and dining incredibly convenient. The hotel itself is beautiful, with great amenities and a warm, inviting atmosphere. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Hoover or Birmingham area!"

"Very clean, very easy access when it comes to finding it and how to check in and all that, as well as a perfect location and the history of this hotel is so amazing. You’ve got to check out all the stuff about this cool landmark of Birmingham, Alabama the GM there is great. She had actually filled me in on the history of this place, which is the only reason that I even chose this place to stay in thank you so much again. You guys are the painted lady hotel ASHLEY Knight."

"The staff that we encountered were great. The room was nice. What I didn’t like was the parking. I also didn’t like that the second night when we got to our room, our key didn’t work. After a long day we had to go back downstairs and get it fixed. The staff was great and got it don’t quickly. The next problem was when we got back to our room and as soon as we opened the door the room smelled like weed. It was overpowering. We left the door open for a bit to let it air out. We didn’t mention it to the staff because I didn’t think I could say anything nicely. At first I thought maybe it was one of the neighbors but once we let the room air out we didn’t smell it anymore, which was what I was afraid of. I have no doubt someone that had access to the room is where the smell came from."
