We were put in a room right above the entrance door. Every time the door opened and closed it sounded like they were doing renovations. Kids running up and down hallways. Hard to get any sleep

Required credit card damage deposit which did not show a dollar value. Was told it $20. When I asked for receipt was told I could get in the morning. Next morning received receipt for zero dollars owing. The $20 would be refunded but could take 2 to 3 days depending on the company?? Still have to check my credit card account to see what the charges were

The staff was very nice. Breakfast was decent. I wish hotels provided non pork/non beef meat options. It also would have been nice to have a microwave in the breakfast area to heat up the muffins which were a little stiff. But besides those minor things, overall i had a great stay. I was even given a voucher for a free appetizer at Texas Roadhouse up the street. I did not have a problem with parking and the hotel was close shopping and restaurants. I would recommend and stay again.

Paid way too much for a King "suite". Staying at Super 8 would have been an upgrade. Ants in the bathroom, filthy shower floor. Dirty carpet with a million people's hairs all over it. Sticky floors, food smarts on the outside of the microwave. Crumbs in the microwave. Dated ugly rooms that were not accurately represented in the website photos. The only reason we stayed is because the room was non refundable, and we weren't able to liar out on the two hundred and 80 dollars that we spent there. Worst room ever. No soap in the shower as well, just an empty container. SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE!!!!!

In general, everything about this property is great, except the beds and pillows. Mattress was hard, pillows weren’t very comfortable. But, location is good, breakfast was good, staff was great.

Things were very noisy the weekend we stayed, unsupervised kids running up and down the halls at midnight. Very noisy neighbors. The gym was too small and very limited equipment like benches, etc. Staff was helpful, as much as they could be.

Average. Snowed overnight several times. They would not lend me a broom to initially sweep the snow off of the car windows and door. Had to endure a mess to get to a store to purchase one.

We paid a little more to stay here because of the good breakfast they have. We were upset because they were out of a lot of items. We complained about the shortage of items and management compensated us for the inconvenience. We stayed 3 nights. The staff was very friendly. Nice hotel.

Fairfield overbooked so we had to stay at comfort inn which was $35 more expensive and we didn’t get the king bedroom we booked. We were here with 3 other couples and had to stay at a separate hotel from the rest of our friends which was a bit of an inconvenience.
