"We really appreciated what has been done with this old motel. The room was spacious and clean (and a lovely tea selection!); the property is small, but very cute (loved the small pond and fire pit area). It's very convenient to walk to get food. The only suggestion is for travelers to bring sleep masks. The lights outside the room can be a but much at night."

"The staff was very friendly and accommodating, in particular Justin at the front desk. This hotel is located in downtown within walking distance of all the shops and restaurants. The rooms are clean, the pool and hot tub are clean well maintained. Parking can be difficult in the evening. We would definitely stay here again when we’re in Steamboat."

"I really loved my room that had a balcony overlooking the river! The staff were incredibly kind and efficient, and I love the fact that you could get discounted tickets to the old town Hot Springs, and just walk there as it was right across the street… I will be back!"

"Great place, convenient location and had everything we needed for our stay. I only wish it was mentioned that thier was no A/C in the units as it was in the 90s and very hot some evenings going to sleep. But other than the lack of A/C it was fabulous."
